About ZDSP

The Zambia Devolution Support Program is a government-led initiative, supported by the World Bank that aims to strengthen Local Authorities in Zambia to improve service delivery and advance the country’s decentralization agenda. Launched in 2023 and running until 2028, the program provides funding through capital grants, improves public financial management, and enhances the institutional performance and accountability of local governments.
